Mix the meatballs I use a 1.5 oz measuring spoon about 1 sixth of a cup, so you could use a 1/3 sup them smash that out in to two hlaves. Brown the meatballs, they do cook through fairly quickly. |
I like to nuke the potatoes and then pan fry them to brown them up, and also helps the texture. |
Thinly slice the head of red cabbage, using the tablespoon of the EVOO, wilt the cabbage then add the onions and baby bellos, I usually drain and reserve the pickled beets before I add them. You want final mixture to be damp not wet. |
