'Stuffed' Peppers Caserole

1/2 Cup Quinoua
1 Cup Water
1 TABLEspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Pound Turkey, Ground Any Meat will do
1 TABLEspoon Worcestershire Sauce Add to meat while browning
1 Each Onion small dice
4 Each Bell Peppers Chopped, nuked 3 minutes
8 Each Jalapenos Chooped, nuked 4 minutes
1 16 Ounce Bag Shredded Brocoli Slaw chopped down to rice size
1 Can #1, (10-16 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 Can #1, (10-16 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1 Can #1, (10-16 oz) Crushed Tomatoes
1 TABLEspoon Black Pepper
3 TABLEspoon Garlic, Minced wet
1/2 TABLEspoon Salt
1 Pound Cheese, Shreaded Taco
1/2 Pound Cheese, extra sharp sliced
1/2 Pound cheese, mozarella sliced
  Prepare Quinoua
  Brown meat and onions
  Nuke Peppers
  In Caserole dish combine all but Sliced Cheese
  Cook at 350 for 60 minutes
  Layer sliced cheese cook at 350 for 15 minutes
