Refried Black Beans

1 Can, #2, (20-30 oz) Black Beans
2 TABLEspoon Olive Oil, (Extra Virgin)
2 TABLEspoon Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Salt, Sea
1 teaspoon Garlic, Granulated
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic (fresh not dried)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  drain and rinse the black beans.
  I mash about 1/3 of the beans in a bowl with the bottom of a glass, while warming the oils in a medium/high fry pan.
  Put the mashed beans in the hot oil in the fry pan.
  add all the spices and stir to blend
  add the remaing beans, cook to warm, overcooking will result in drier beans
  you can add more oils if you let it get too dry.
