| Drain the beans and keep liquid Remove 1/2 cup of liquid and use it to bloom the bacon Rinse the sludge from the can(s) and add to bean juice to equal 3 cups of liquid add vinegar to liquid, add spices and pepper paste, stir. Add instant rice, let stand for 20 - 30 minutes, then microwave, covered, on high for five minutes, stir, nuke 4 more minutes. Stir rice and verify cooked nuke more if needed Stir in beans, bacon, tomatoes, onions, jalepenos, and cooked rice. |
