While potatoes are boiling mix sauce Dice the onions and bell peppers After eggs are boiled and peeled, use an egg slicer, take the best 3 - 4 slices from each egg and set aside, they get used as a garnish after everything else is properly mixed. I have found that chilling the potatoes before dicing is not only eaiser on the hands but also helps the potatoes hold that cube shape. Place the sliced egg pieces on top and sprinkle with parika or even chili powder Mix, Chill, Serve |
