Orange Teriyaki Chicken

5 Large Onion Cut like noodles, carmalized
10 Each Mushroom Caps, Portabella thin sliced
2 Pound Chicken, Boneless, skinless
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Water
2 teaspoon Ginger Paste
2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 TABLEspoon Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Water
6 Cutie Oranges peeled, and parted, some want them, some don’t so leave them seperated
  Mix all but the cornstarch and 1/4c water in a sauce pan and begin heating.
  Mix cornstarch and 1/4c water and dissolve. add to sauce in pan.
  Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
  Add extra water to thin if you over-thick it.
