Loaded Potato Soup

1 Medium Potato diced 12 pieces
1/4 Cup Onion
1 TABLEspoon Butter
1 TABLEspoon Flour
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Bacon, real bits
1/8 Cup Cheese, cheddar shreeded
  Saute onion in butter until just transluscent.
  Sprinkle flour over onions, stirring well so that no dry flour remains.
  Slowly add chicken broth allowing to come to a boil.
  Add diced potato and allow to simmer until potatos are tender.
  Add Milk, returning to a boil.
  Add Bacon bits.
  Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  Add Sour Cream and stir to combine thoroughly, removing from heat.
  Top with Cheddar in serving bowl
  Makes one serving. Can be easily scaled up.
