Roast the garlic before you start any of this This is bigger than your food processer, it will require a large bowl, and several (like 4) trips to the food processer, so split your ingredients acoordingly and stir together in the large bowl drain beans in a food processor, blend beans, garlic, roasted garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and habenero oil, add water if nessecary when beans are truly chopped enough, add tahini (or oil thinned peanut butter) my first effort yeilded about 3 Quarts or 6 pint deli tubs v1.0 Sept 18, 2011 |
