Guacamole

8 Avacadoes, Ripe
1 Large Onion
1 Large Red Bell Pepper
4 TABLEspoon Wilde's sTOOpid Cold Pepper Paste
3 TABLEspoon Lemon Juice
1 TABLEspoon Lime Juice
1/4 to 1 teaspoon Salt, Sea
2 TABLEspoon Garlic, Minced wet Minced, the wet, not the dry
  mince peppers and onions to your preffered size for this I try to keep very small
  in a mixing bowl ... onions, peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper paste
  carefully cut avacado in half and remove pit
  scoop avacado from skins and place in to mixing bowl
  adding citrus juice as you go will help retard the browning
  mix to desired consistancy
