Combine soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in large bowl. On the bias cut the beef into thin strips , and add to marinade. Massage marinade in to the cut beef. Cut vegetables in to bite size pieces. Cook the beef until done, set aside in bowl. Mix water and cornstarch (and any other spices) in a mixing jar. Cook vegetables and put on top of waiting beef, Lower the heat and pour cornstarch into pan warm, stir constantly raise the temp and stir, the goop will turn to a gravy when warmed enough, you may need to "boil" to reach the correct thinkness, have water in the mixing jar incase the sauce is too thick. Add meat and veggies back to sauce stir and serve. |
