| 3/4 | Cup | Chicken Broth | or water |

| 2 | teaspoon | Sesame Oil | |

| Place 1 Teaspoon of oil in a large pan. Add the Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, and bell pepper cook 5-8 minutes Transfer the Veggies to a large bowl. Using more Oil add Chicken to fry pan, Salt and Pepper Cook 3 -4 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Mix sauce while Chicken is cooking Add sauce to thicken. Add veggies back to heat. |
