Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

1 teaspoon Olive Oil, (Extra Virgin)
1 Cup Broccoli
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 Each Bell Peppers thinly sliced
1 Large Onion
1 TABLEspoon Olive Oil, (Extra Virgin)
1 Pound Chicken, Boneless, skinless bite size pieces
Salt
Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced wet
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth or water
1 TABLEspoon Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 TABLEspoon Sugar
2 TABLEspoon Corn Starch
  Place 1 Teaspoon of oil in a large pan.
  Add the Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, and bell pepper
  cook 5-8 minutes
  Transfer the Veggies to a large bowl.
  Using more Oil add Chicken to fry pan, Salt and Pepper
  Cook 3 -4 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
  Mix sauce while Chicken is cooking
  Add sauce to thicken.
  Add veggies back to heat.
