Cheesy Potatoes

Not AuGratins, they are not cheesey enough

8 - 10 Potatoes, depending on size
2 Onion
3/4 Pound Chesse, Extra sharp cheddar
3/4 Pound Velveta (Cheese?)
1/2 stick Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
Flavor Salt
Flavor Pepper
Flavor Garlic, Granulated
  Add milk and butter to sauce pan on low.
  Cut the Cheese and to melted butter and milk.
  Add Seasonings.
  
  Slice Potatoes and Onions, layer in microwave and oven proof pan.
  Nuke for 8 - 10 minutes
  move to preheated oven @ 425 for 15 minutes, then 350 for an hour.
