Broccoli Chicken

1 Pound Broccoli, Fresh Cut into Spears
1 & 1/2 Cup Chicken, Boneless, skinless Cubed, Cooked
1 Can #1, (10-16 oz) Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cheese, cheddar shreeded
1 Small Onion
Mushrooms your call.
1 TABLEspoon Butter melted
2 TABLEspoon Dry Bread Crumbs
  You can use a 10oz package of frozen Brocolli (but if you do, then we are no longer related).
  Cook and drain the broccoli.
  In a 9" pie plate or shallow casserole, arrange broccoli; top with chicken. Combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese
  Both the Onion and Mushroom are your choice, and to your taste. If adding onions, dice them and cook with the chicken.
  Mushroom, can be either fresh cut into pieces and cooked with the chicken and onions, or you can use canned mushrooms (judgement free here).
  Combine butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Or cover with waxed paper; microwave on high for 6 minutes. Four servings.
