In a hot frypan seer the beef before cubing it. After you brown it, it is easier to cut in to cubes. Combine dry ingredeints. Cut beef in to cubes and coat with dry ingredients, then put in the Crockpot, I use Salad tong/scissors Peel and Cut potatoes to bitesize, and cut the onions "to size", the baby carrots can be used as, or cut. Use one of the beers to de-glaze the frypan, and pour the liquid in to the crockpot, use second beer to to again deglaze the frypan, this time stir in the worcestershire sauce, and again pour in to the crockpot. After this is cooked add the jar of mushroom gravy. |
